MEMBER'S RIGHT TO PEACEABLE POSSESSION. In return for the occupant's continued fulfillment of the terms and conditions of this agreement, the Co-op covenants that the occupant may at all times while this agreement remains in effect, have and enjoy for occupant's sole use and benefit the dwelling unit hereinabove described, and may enjoy in common with all other members and occupants of the Co-op all community property and facilities of the Co-op.
