Members Schedule. The Company shall maintain a schedule of all Members, their respective mailing addresses and the amount and series of Units held by them (the “Members Schedule”), and shall update the Members Schedule upon the issuance or transfer of any Units to any new or existing Member. A copy of the Members Schedule as of the execution of this Agreement is attached hereto as Schedule A.
Members Schedule. Each Member is deemed admitted as a Member of the Company upon its execution and delivery of this Agreement, subject to the making of the Initial Capital Contribution of such Member in accordance with Section 6.1. The Managing Member shall cause Schedule I to be amended from time to time to reflect receipt by the Company of any change of address of any Member, any Capital Contribution (including the Initial Capital Contribution) by any Member or any change in any Member’s contributed capital or Membership Percentage (including as a result of the Initial Capital Contributions), the issuance of any Additional Interests or the admission of any Additional Member, the withdrawal or substitution of any Member, and the Transfer of any Member’s Interest in the Company.
