Common use of Members Schedule Clause in Contracts

Members Schedule. The Company shall maintain a schedule of all Members, their respective mailing addresses and the amount and series of Units held by them (the “Members Schedule”), and shall update the Members Schedule upon the issuance or transfer of any Units to any new or existing Member. A copy of the Members Schedule as of the execution of this Agreement is attached hereto as Schedule A.

Members Schedule. The Company shall maintain a the schedule of all Membersof the Members from time to time, their respective including the mailing addresses and the amount and series of Units Membership Interests held by them (such schedule, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, collectively the “Members Members’ Schedule”), and shall update the Members Schedule upon the issuance or transfer of any Units to any new or existing Member. A copy of the Members Members’ Schedule as of the execution of this Agreement Effective Date is attached hereto as Schedule A.I.
