Membership and Composition. The Interagency Implementation Coordination Group shall be convened by DWR and Reclamation and chaired by the IICG Manager and shall consist ofone representative each of Reclamation, USFWS, and NMFS, and one Designated Representative each of DWR, CDFW, a participating SWP Contractor, and a participating federal CVP Contractor.
Membership and Composition. The Adaptive Management Team shall be chaired by the Science Manager and shall consist of representatives of DWR, Reclamation, two participating State and federal water contractors (one each representing the SWP and CVP), CDFW, USFWS, and NMFS. Each of the foregoing parties shall be voting members. The Lead Scientist for the Interagency Ecological Program, the Lead Scientist for the Delta Science Program and the Director of the NOAA Southwest Fisheries Science Center shall also be members of the Adaptive Management Team, but shall serve in an advisory capacity only and shall not be eligible to vote on matters. The directors of DWR and CDFW and the regional directors of Reclamation, USFWS, and NMFS will each designate a management-level representative to serve on the Adaptive Management Team, each of whom shall be qualified to represent both policy and scientific perspectives on behalf of their respective agencies.
