The Allottee agrees and confirms that (1) On or before delivery of possession of the Apartment to the Allottee by the Promoter, a non-refundable one -time membership fee of Rs. __ (rupees __ only) shall be paid by the Allottee to the Promoter which shall be appropriated by the Promoter towards consideration for providing the Said SAC and the same without being liable to account for the same.
