Common use of Membership Fee, Security Deposit and Monthly Subscription Clause in Contracts

Membership Fee, Security Deposit and Monthly Subscription. The Allottees understands and accepts that (1) the Allottees does not have to pay any membership fee for membership of the Said Club as the Total Price includes the membership fee but future transferees of the Allottees may have to pay separate amounts towards membership fee (2)the Allottees may have to pay a one-time interest free security deposit for use of credit facilities at the Said Club and (3) the Allottees will have to pay a fixed monthly subscription for membership of the Said Club, irrespective of whether the Allottees resides at the Said Apartment, which shall be determined at the time of opening of the Said Club, at the sole discretion of the Owners/Promoters and this shall be in addition to the Common Expenses/Maintenance Charges.
