Common use of Membership Fee, Security Deposit and Monthly Subscription Clause in Contracts

Membership Fee, Security Deposit and Monthly Subscription. The Buyer understands and accepts that (1) the Buyer does not have to pay any membership fee for membership of the Said Club as the Total Price includes the membership fee but future transferees of the Buyer may have to pay membership fee (2) the Buyer may have to pay a one-time interest free security deposit for use of credit facilities at the Said Club and (3) the Buyer will have to pay a fixed monthly subscription for membership of the Said Club, irrespective of whether the Buyer resides at the Said Flat, which shall be determined at the time of opening of the Said Club, at the sole discretion of the Developer and this shall be in addition to the Common Expenses/Maintenance Charges.
