Common use of Memoranda of Lease and Lease Supplements Clause in Contracts

Memoranda of Lease and Lease Supplements. This Lease shall not be recorded; provided Lessor and Lessee have recorded a Memorandum of this Lease and of the applicable Lease Supplement regarding each Property in the local filing office with respect thereto and Lessor and Lessee shall, at Lessee’s cost and expense, execute and file such other documents as may be required under applicable law to sufficiently evidence this Lease or any such Lease Supplement in the applicable real estate filing records.

This Lease shall not be recorded; provided provided, Lessor and Lessee have recorded shall promptly record (a) a Memorandum memorandum of this Lease and of the applicable Lease Supplement (in substantially the form of Exhibit B attached hereto) regarding each Property promptly after the acquisition thereof in the local filing office with respect thereto and Lessor and Lessee shallthereto, in all cases at Lessee’s 's cost and expense, execute and file such other documents as may be required under applicable law to sufficiently evidence this Lease or and any such Lease Supplement in the applicable real estate filing records.
