Common use of Memoranda of Lease and Lease Supplements Clause in Contracts

Memoranda of Lease and Lease Supplements. This Lease shall not be recorded; provided, Lessor and Lessee shall promptly record (a) a memorandum of this Lease and the applicable Lease Supplement (in substantially the form of Exhibit B attached hereto) or a short form lease (in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lessor) regarding each Property promptly after the acquisition thereof in the local filing office with respect thereto, in all cases at Lessee's cost and expense, and as required under applicable law to sufficiently evidence this Lease and any such Lease Supplement in the applicable real estate filing records.
