Common use of Memoranda of Reviewed Rent Clause in Contracts

Memoranda of Reviewed Rent. (a) As soon as the amount of any Reviewed Rent has been agreed or determined a memorandum of such Reviewed Rent shall be prepared by the Lessor or his Solicitors and shall be signed by or on behalf of the Lessor and the Lessee. (b) The Lessee shall be responsible for and shall pay to the Lessor the stamp duty (if any) payable on such memoranda and any counterparts, but the parties shall each bear their own costs in respect of the preparation and execution of such memoranda and any counterparts.
