Memorandum Giving Notice. Concurrent with their execution of this Agreement each Party shall sign and deliver to the other Party hereto a duplicate original of the Memorandum Giving Notice of Geophysical Exploration Agreement and Area of Mutual Interest Provisions which is attached hereto as Exhibit H and each Party shall have the right to place such Memorandum Giving Notice of record in the Official Public Records of Duva▇ ▇▇▇nty, Texas.
