Evaluation Program. This is the Evaluation Operations plan presented by THE CONTRACTOR to the XXX, as per Clause 7 hereto, with the purpose of evaluating a Discovery and determining whether it is a Commercial Field. The performance of the Evaluation Program and submittal of the report on the results to XXX are requisites to declare whether a Discovery is a Commercial Field.
Evaluation Program. It is the program that will be developed in order to determine if the Field is commercially exploitable or not as foreseen in Article 14.

Evaluations of the Coaches within the program will be conducted by collecting information through the following: ● Parent feedback: o online survey at the conclusion of the season o in season feedback provided to committee members that will be documented for the coach evaluation process ● Player feedback: o online survey at the conclusion of the season ● Committee members: o feedback on coaching from a committee member will be documented for use in the coach evaluation process. The Committee will collect, document, and compile information from all of the evaluation sources for each coach and retain for future coach selection processes. The Committee will prepare an overall “Feedback” package for each coach with the goal of taking the information presented for personal improvement. Preference will be to provide the feedback in a face-to-face meeting with the coach.
Evaluation Program. Provider will participate as requested with Ramsell and any applicable governmental entity and the SPONSOR in evaluative studies designed to show the effectiveness of Provider's and Xxxxxxx'x Program and services. Provider agrees to meet the requirements of and participate in the program evaluation and management information system of Ramsell.
Evaluation Program. 4.1.1 With respect to each Promoter Profile, promptly following Spark’s selection in accordance with Section 3.8.3 of Option Promoters with respect to a particular Promoter Profile, Senti shall provide a data package to Spark, which data package will be in the form of the template data package attached as Exhibit G and include: [***] (each, a “Data Package”). In addition, together with delivery of the Data Package, Senti shall deliver all Senti Materials for such Option Promoters that are specified in the Research Plan. The Parties may modify the required contents of the Data Package or the Senti Materials to be provided to Spark by means of an amendment to the Research Plan approved in accordance with Section 3.2. If Spark believes in good faith that a Data Package or Senti Materials are incomplete, it shall notify Senti within [***] following Spark’s receipt of such Data Package or Senti Materials. If Senti disagrees, it shall provide written notice to Spark thereof (“Dispute Notice”) within [***] following Senti’s receipt of such notice, and such dispute shall be escalated to the Executive Officers, who will attempt to resolve such dispute within [***] following Spark’s receipt of the Dispute Notice. If the Executive Officers do not resolve such dispute [***] after such dispute is escalated to the Executive Officers, either Party may submit such dispute to an independent Third Party expert agreed upon by the Parties who shall resolve such dispute no later than [***] thereafter. If the Executive Officers or the Third Party expert determine(s) that (i) the initial Data Package or Senti Materials are incomplete, the Evaluation Period shall [***], or (ii) the initial Data Package and Senti Materials are complete, the Evaluation Period shall [***] the costs of such independent Third Party expert.
4.1.2 Senti shall, during the Evaluation Period for such Promoter Profile, as reasonably requested by Spark, meet with Spark to discuss the Data Package and Senti Materials and any questions that Spark may have with respect thereto, and provide Spark with such additional information in Senti’s possession and Control (without any requirement to conduct further activities) as reasonably requested by Spark to assist with its interpretation of the Data Package, evaluation of the Senti Materials, conduct of activities under the Evaluation Program and determination as to whether to exercise the Spark Option with respect to an Option Promoter. (i) conduct reactivation or re-completion activity according to a program of Contractor's choosing that could include the following possible tasks:
(ii) maintain existing operational and HSE standards in the Contract Area;
(iii) evaluate performance of the Evaluation Xxxxx, from an engineering and economic basis;
(iv) evaluate requirements for additional water disposal capacity and increase capacity as required;
(v) prepare a production, reserves and reservoir performance report.
Evaluation Program. The following program of work (the "Evaluation Program") shall be conducted on the Evaluation Xxxxx and the Evaluation Area during the Evaluation Period:
(i) conduct reactivation or re-completion activity according to a program of Contractor's choosing that could include the following possible tasks:
(ii) maintain existing operational and HSE standards in the Contract Area;
(iii) evaluate performance of the Evaluation Xxxxx, from an engineering and economic basis;
(iv) Structural and Lithologic Model Definition using Passive Seismic Acquisition and Processing (see details below);
(v) Re-processing and Re-interpretation of existing data, update Geological and Reservoir Model;
(vi) Evaluate requirements for additional water disposal capacity and increase capacity as required;
(vii) Prepare a production, reserves and reservoir performance report.
