Memorandum of License. Licensee shall not be permitted to file a memorandum of the License or other documents in the real estate records of the County including the Premises.
Memorandum of License. Contemporaneously with executing this License, Licensor and Licensee shall execute a Memorandum of License setting forth certain provisions of this License, and either party may choose to record such Memorandum.
Memorandum of License. The Village and Licensee shall execute and record a Memorandum of Agreement, in substantially the same form as that appended hereto as Exhibit “E.” Licensee shall record the Memorandum of Agreement prior to Licensee's first alteration of the Premises.

Memorandum of License. Memorandum of License. Contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the parties will execute a recordable Memorandum of License substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 24(b). Either party may record this Memorandum of License at any time during the Term, in its absolute discretion. Thereafter during the Term, either party will, at any time upon fifteen (15) business days’ prior written notice from the other, execute, acknowledge and deliver to the other a recordable Memorandum of License.
