Common use of Mentoring provided by individual signatories Clause in Contracts

Mentoring provided by individual signatories. Professional / accreditation / recognition bodies often approach signatories directly to request support through a mentoring arrangement. If signatories accept this request then they must inform the secretariat so that other signatories are made aware of the private mentoring arrangement. The Accord, as a whole, cannot be responsible for the quality of advice and support provided through this private mentoring arrangement, which has not been approved by the Committee nor coordinated through the secretariat.
