Menu Requirements. Contractor shall provide well-balanced, wholesome, nourishing daily menus.

Menu Requirements. Meals are designed with the current meal type requirements as specified by the State of Colorado Nutrition Guidelines and outlined in the Scope of Services attached hereto and made a part of this document. AAA employees shall have the right and authority to inspect the food to determine compliance with these regulations and to withhold payments for meals not meeting prescribed requirements. Approved menus provided by the SJBNPE will be used by the Contractor to assure “1/3 RDA” nutrient requirements are met, as well as other agency guidelines.
