Common use of Merchant Change of Address Clause in Contracts

Merchant Change of Address. During the term of this Agreement and for 12 months after it is terminated for any reason Merchant shall provide prior written notice to MAS if Merchant intends to operate its business from any location that is different, or in addition to, the Location Address or Corporate Address stated in the Addendum or application. Merchant agrees that it has accurately and truthfully represented its location and the location of any outlets to MAS.
