Merger, Conversion, Consolidation and Succession. Any Person or other entity into which the Trustee may be merged or converted or with which it may be consolidated, or any Person or other entity resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the Trustee shall be a party, or any Person or other entity succeeding to all or substantially all of the corporate trust business of the Trustee (including this transaction), shall be the successor of the Trustee hereunder (provided that such corporation or other entity shall be otherwise qualified and eligible hereunder) without the execution or filing of any paper or any further action on the part of any of the parties hereto. If any Notes shall have been authenticated but not delivered by the Trustee then in office, any successor by merger, conversion or consolidation to such authenticating Trustee may adopt such authentication and deliver the Notes so authenticated with the same effect as if such successor Trustee had itself authenticated such Notes.

Merger, Conversion, Consolidation and Succession. Any corporation or other entity into which a Trustee may be merged or converted or with which it may be consolidated, or any corporation or other entity resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which a Trustee shall be a party, or any corporation or other entity succeeding to all or substantially all of the corporate trust business of a Trustee, shall be the successor of such Trustee (including, with respect to the Argentine Collateral Trustee, in its capacity as the Indenture Trustee’s Representative in Argentina) hereunder (it being understood that such corporation or other entity shall be otherwise qualified and eligible hereunder, including under Sections 6.3(e) or (f) (as applicable), or shall be require to resign as indicated in Section 6.3) without the execution or filing of any paper or any further action on the part of any of the parties hereto. If any Notes shall have been authenticated but not delivered by the Indenture Trustee then in office, then any successor by merger, conversion or consolidation to such authenticating Indenture Trustee may adopt such authentication and deliver the Notes so authenticated with the same effect as if such successor Indenture Trustee had itself authenticated such Notes. The applicable Trustee shall promptly (but in any event no later than the date thereof) notify the Company, the other Trustee, the Noteholders (with respect to such notices from the Argentine Collateral Trustee, such to be provided to the Indenture Trustee for further delivery to the Noteholders) and each Rating Agency of any such merger, conversion, consolidation or succession of business.

If any Notes shall have been authenticated by the Trustee but not delivered by the Principal Paying Agent then in office, any successor by merger, conversion or consolidation to such principal paying agent may adopt such authentication and deliver the Notes so authenticated with the same effect as if such successor trustee had itself authenticated such Notes.
