Common use of Merger of the Closed-End Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Merger of the Closed-End Administrative Agent. Any entity into which the Closed-End Administrative Agent may be merged, or with which it may be converted or consolidated, or any entity resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the Closed-End Administrative Agent shall be a party shall be the Closed-End Administrative Agent under this Closed-End Administrative Agent without the execution or filing of any paper or any further act on the part of the parties hereto.

Merger of the Closed-End Administrative Agent. Any entity into which the Closed-End Administrative Agent may be merged, or with which it may be converted or consolidated, or to which it transfers all or substantially all its corporate trust business or assets, or any entity resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the Closed-End Administrative Agent shall be a party shall be the Closed-End Administrative Agent under this Closed-End Administrative Agent Collateral Agency Agreement without the execution or filing of any paper or any further act on the part of the parties hereto.”
