Common use of Merger of the Closed-End Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Merger of the Closed-End Administrative Agent. Any entity into which the Closed-End Administrative Agent may be merged, or with which it may be converted or consolidated, or any entity resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the Closed-End Administrative Agent shall be a party shall be the Closed-End Administrative Agent under this Closed-End Administrative Agent without the execution or filing of any paper or any further act on the part of the parties hereto.
