Dating. Unless otherwise approved by Distributor prior to shipment, Products will have a dating at time of shipment as follows; provided, that in the event that retesting is required for a Product, the minimum dating otherwise required shall be reduced by a period of sixty (60) days:
(i) Products released for sale with twenty-four (24) months dating will be shipped for Distributor with a minimum of twenty (20) months dating remaining.
(ii) Products released for sale with eighteen (18) months dating will be shipped for Distributor with a minimum of fourteen (14) months dating remaining.
(iii) Products released for sale with twelve (12) months dating will be shipped for Distributor with a minimum of eight (8) months dating remaining.
Dating. All Products supplied by Manufacturer shall, upon receipt by Distributor or its designee, have dating no less than *** (***) months prior to expiration. Supply of any Products having shorter dating shall be subject to the written consent of Distributor, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
