Common use of Merger or Consolidation of Trust Administrator Clause in Contracts

Merger or Consolidation of Trust Administrator. Any corporation or other entity into which the Trust Administrator may be merged or converted or with which it may be consolidated or any corporation or other entity resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the Trust Administrator shall be a party, or any corporation or other entity succeeding to the business of the Trust Administrator, shall be the successor of the Trust Administrator hereunder, provided that such corporation or other entity shall be eligible under the provisions of Section 9.06 hereof, without the execution or filing of any paper or further act on the part of any of the parties hereto, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding.
