Common use of Merger/Scope/Order Clause in Contracts

Merger/Scope/Order. This Agreement incorporates any and all agreements, covenants and understandings between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof, and all such agreements, covenants and understanding have been merged into this Agreement. No prior agreement or understanding, verbal or otherwise, of the Parties or their agents or assignees will be valid or enforceable unless stated in this Agreement.
