Responsibility for rostering and staff cover 4. Utilising relevant second language skills 5. Supervision and/or mentoring of staff 6. Advanced technical medical typing where it is a significant part of the employee’s role An employee will be eligible for Merit Level 1 where the employee meets three or more of the responsibilities listed above.
