Common use of Meter Certificates Clause in Contracts

Meter Certificates. The net 60° Fahrenheit temperature compensated gallon volumes of Ethanol recorded on outbound meter certificates generated pursuant to Section 3.1 will determine the quantity of Ethanol for which Bunge is obligated to pay pursuant to Section 5.1, in the absence of manifest error (greater than 0.5% variation). Producer will provide a copy of each such meter certificate to Bunge at the same time that a truck, rail car or pipeline is loaded and a certificate is produced for such loading.
