Common use of Meter Installation Clause in Contracts

Meter Installation. (a) Unless this requirement is waived by SunWater, a Meter acceptable to SunWater must be acquired and installed, at the cost of the Customer, within the Customer’s Nominated Works or SunWater Works by: (i) SunWater; or (ii) if requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, by the Customer. (b) Any party installing a Meter shall install the same correctly in accordance with the approval under clause 10.4. (c) SunWater’s right under subclause (a) includes the right to require the replacement or upgrade of a Meter already installed where such replacement or upgrading is necessary in the reasonable opinion of SunWater but at the cost of SunWater or, where the Customer has breached clause 11.2, the Customer.
