Access by Customer to the Customer’s Offtake. Works The Scheme Owner authorises the Customer, and any person nominated or authorised by the Customer, to access the Customer’s Offtake Works for the purpose of operation, maintenance and meter reading, but at the risk of the Customer or such other person.
