METHOD OF ALLOCATION - NONELECTIVE CONTRIBUTION. Subject to any restoration allocation required under Section 5.04, the Advisory Committee will allocate and credit each annual nonelective contribution (and Participant forfeitures treated as nonelective contributions) to the Employer Contributions Account of each Participant who satisfies the conditions of Section 3.06, in accordance with the allocation method selected under this Section 3.04. If the Employer elects Option (e)(2), Option (g)(2) or Option (h), for the first 3% of Compensation allocated to all Participants, "Compensation" does not include any exclusions elected under Adoption Agreement Section 1.12 (other than the exclusion of elective contributions), and the Advisory Committee must take into account the Participant's Compensation for the entire Plan Year. (Choose an allocation method under (e), (f), (g) or (h); (i) is mandatory if the Employer elects (f), (g) or (h); (j) is optional in addition to any other election.)
