Common use of Method of Delivery Clause in Contracts

Method of Delivery. Subject to this clause, any notice, request, certificate, approval, demand, consent or other communication to be given under this Agreement must: (a) (IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY AN AUTHORISED OFFICER): except in the case of communication by email, be in writing and signed by 2 Authorised Officers of the party giving the same; and (b) (DELIVERY): be: (i) left at the address of the addressee; (ii) sent by prepaid ordinary post to the address of the addressee; (iii) sent by facsimile to the facsimile number of the addressee; or (iv) sent by email by an Authorised Officer of the party giving the same in accordance with the addressee's email address, notified by that addressee from time to time to the other parties to this Agreement as its address for service pursuant to this Agreement.
