Method of Payment and set off. 24.1 Any payments pursuant to this Agreement shall be made in full, without any set off, counterclaim, restriction or condition and without any deduction or withholding (save as may be permitted by Clause 3.1, Clause 11.3, required by law, or as otherwise agreed). 24.2 Save as expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, any payments pursuant to this Agreement shall be effected by crediting for same day value the account specified by the Party entitled to the payment (reasonably in advance and in sufficient details to enable payment by telegraphic or other electronic means to be effected) on or before the due date for payment. 24.3 Payment of a sum in accordance with this Clause 24 shall constitute a payment in full of the sum payable and shall be a good discharge to the payer (and those on whose behalf such payment is made) of the payer’s obligation to make such payment and the payer (and those on whose behalf such payment is made) shall not be obliged to see to the application of the payment as between those on whose behalf the payment is received.
