Method of Payment of Rent. Rent to be paid to Lessor shall be paid by electronic funds transfer debit transactions through wire transfer of immediately available funds and shall be initiated by Lessee for settlement on or before the due date each calendar month; provided, however, if the due date is not a Business Day, then settlement shall be made on the next succeeding day which is a Business Day. Lessor shall provide Lessee with appropriate wire transfer information in a Notice from Lessor to Lessee. Lessee shall inform Lessor of payment by sending a facsimile transmission of Lessee’s wire transfer confirmation not later than noon, Eastern Standard or Daylight Savings time on each payment date. If Lessor directs Lessee to pay any Base Rent to any party other than Lessor, Lessee shall send to Lessor, simultaneously with such payment, a copy of the transmittal letter or invoice and a check whereby such payment is made or such other evidence of payment as Lessor may reasonably require.
