Common use of Method of Payment to Global Agent Clause in Contracts

Method of Payment to Global Agent. All sums payable to the Global Agent hereunder shall be paid (i) in immediately available or same-day funds to such account with such bank in the principal financial center of the currency in which the Notes are denominated as the Global Agent may specify in a notice to Xxxxxxx Mac or (ii) as the Global Agent may from time to time otherwise specify in a notice to Xxxxxxx Mac.
