Common use of Method of payment to Principal Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Method of payment to Principal Paying Agent. all sums payable to the Principal Paying Agent hereunder shall be paid in the currency in which such sums are denominated and in immediately available or same day funds to such account with such bank as the Principal Paying Agent may from time to time notify to the Issuer.
