Common use of Method of Payments Clause in Contracts

Method of Payments. Any amount due under this Guarantee shall be paid: (a) in immediately available funds; (b) to such account as the Security Trustee may from time to time notify to the Guarantor; (c) without any form of set-off, cross-claim or condition; and (d) free and clear of any tax deduction except a tax deduction which the Guarantor is required by law to make.

Method of Payments. Any amount due under this Guarantee shall be paid: (a) in immediately available funds; (b) to such account as the Security Trustee Agent acting on behalf of the other Creditor Parties may from time to time notify to the Guarantor; (c) without any form of set-off, cross-claim or condition; and (d) free and clear of any tax deduction except a tax deduction which the Guarantor is required by law to make.

Method of Payments. Any amount due under this Guarantee shall be paid: (a) in immediately available funds; (b) to such account as the Security Trustee Lender may from time to time notify to the Guarantor; (c) without any form of set-off, cross-claim or condition; and (d) free and clear of any tax deduction except a tax deduction which the Guarantor is required by law to make.

Method of Payments. Any amount due under this Guarantee shall be paid: (a) in immediately available funds; (b) to such account as the Security Trustee Owner may from time to time notify to the Guarantor; (c) without any form of set-off, cross-claim or condition; and (d) free and clear of any tax deduction or withholding for or on account of any tax payable under any law of relevant jurisdictions except a tax deduction which the Guarantor is required by law to make.

Any amount due under this Guarantee shall be paid: (a) in immediately available funds; (b) to such account as the Security Trustee may from time to time notify to the Guarantor; (c) without any form of set-off, cross-claim or condition; and (d) free and clear of any tax deduction Tax Deduction except a tax deduction Tax Deduction which the Guarantor is required by law to make.

Any amount due under this Guarantee shall be paid: (a) in immediately available funds; (b) to such account as the Security Trustee Owner may from time to time notify to the Guarantor; (c) without any form of set-off, cross-claim or condition; and (d) free and clear of any tax deduction or withholding for or on account of any tax payable except a tax deduction or withholding which the Guarantor is required by law to make.

Any amount due under this Guarantee shall be paid: (a) in immediately available funds; (b) to such account as the Security Trustee Issuer may from time to time notify to the Guarantor; (c) without any form of set-off, cross-claim or condition; and (d) free and clear of any tax deduction except a tax deduction which the Guarantor is required by law to make.

Any amount due under this Guarantee shall be paid: (a) in immediately available funds; (b) to such account as the Security Trustee Owner may from time to time notify to the Guarantor; (c) without any form of set-offset‑off, cross-claim cross‑claim or condition; and (d) free and clear of any tax deduction or withholding for or on account of any tax payable under any law of its Original Jurisdiction except a tax deduction or withholding which the Guarantor is required by such law to make.

Any amount due under this Guarantee shall be paid: (a) in immediately available funds; (b) to such account as the Security Trustee Mortgagee may from time to time notify to the Guarantor; (c) without any form of set-off, cross-claim or condition; and (d) free and clear of any tax deduction except a tax deduction which the Guarantor is required by law to make.

Any amount due under this Guarantee shall be paid:; (a) in immediately available funds; (b) to such account as the Security Trustee Lender may from time to time notify to the Guarantor; (c) without any form of set-off, cross-claim or condition; and (d) free and clear of any tax deduction except a tax deduction which the Guarantor is required by law to make.

Any amount due under this Guarantee shall be paid: (a) in immediately available funds; (b) to such account as the Security Trustee may from time to time notify to the Corporate Guarantor; (c) without any form of set-off, cross-claim or condition; and (d) free and clear of any tax deduction except a tax deduction which the Corporate Guarantor is required by law to make.

Method of Payments. Any amount due under this Guarantee shall be paid: (a) in immediately available funds; (b) to such account as the Security Trustee may from time to time notify to the Guarantor; (c) without any form of set-off, cross-claim or condition; and (d) and free and clear of any tax deduction except a tax deduction which the Guarantor is required by law to make.

Any amount due under this Guarantee shall be paid: (a) in immediately available funds;; and (b) to such account as the Security Trustee may from time to time notify to the Guarantor; (c) without any form of set-off, cross-claim or condition; and (d) free and clear of any tax deduction except a tax deduction which the Guarantor is required by law to make.
