Cooperation between the Parties will be implemented through the tools, resources, and mechanisms available to the Parties, following the existing rules and procedures through the competent bodies for the discharge of their cooperation relations. 2. In particular, the Parties may use instruments and modalities, such as exchange of information, experiences, and best practices, technical assistance, and refundable and nonrefundable financial cooperation including triangular cooperation amongst others, for the identification, development, and implementation of projects.
