Methods of Payments. All payments due from Novartis to XOMA under this Agreement shall be paid in Dollars by Novartis via wire transfer to a bank designated in writing in advance by XOMA. Any payment which falls due on a date which is not a Business Day in the location from which the payment will be made may be made on the next succeeding Business Day in such location.
