MetLife China. In connection with the sale of BLIC’s 27.8% interest in Sino-US United MetLife Insurance Company Limited (“MetLife China”) to MLIC, MetLife does hereby, for itself and each other member of the MetLife Group, remise, release and forever discharge the Company Group from any and all Liabilities owed to any member of the MetLife Group whatsoever, whether at law or in equity (including any right of contribution), arising under the agreements set forth on Schedule 7.2 hereto.
