Common use of Metric Conversion Clause in Contracts

Metric Conversion. If measurements are expressed in metric measure in this Lease, the following conversion factors apply: 1 metre = 3.2808 feet; 1 square metre = 10.7639 square feet; 1 foot = .3048 metres; and 1 square foot = .0929 square metres.

Metric Conversion. If measurements are expressed in metric measure any measurement in this LeaseLease is required to be converted between metric and imperial measure, the following conversion factors will apply: 1 metre = 3.2808 feet; 1 square metre = 10.7639 10.7693 square feet; 1 foot = .3048 metres; and 1 square foot = .0929 square metres.
