Common use of METS Services Clause in Contracts

METS Services. The total obligation of MNsure for all compensation and reimbursements to DHS for IT related services under this Agreement shall not exceed fifteen million forty six thousand dollars ($15,046,000), unless otherwise stated in Exhibit A Budget, as amended.

METS Services. The total obligation of MNsure for all compensation and reimbursements to DHS for IT related services under this Agreement shall not exceed fifteen ten million forty six five hundred and eighteen thousand and two hundred fifty- nine dollars ($15,046,00010,518,259), unless otherwise stated in Exhibit A Budget, as amended.

METS Services. The total obligation of MNsure for all compensation and reimbursements to DHS for IT related services under this Agreement shall not exceed fourteen million, two hundred thirty-one thousand, and two hundred ninety-six dollars ($14,231,296) fifteen million forty six thousand dollars ($15,046,000), unless otherwise stated in Revised Exhibit A Interagency Agreement Budget, as amended, or in future Budget amendments.
