Microsoft Partner Network. The Program includes enrollment in the Microsoft Partner Network (“MPN”) at the level of a “Community Member.” Annex C to this Agreement and the documents incorporated by reference into Annex C govern Startup’s membership in MPN. Startup is free to join other MPN programs (such as pursuing a different membership level or subscription program). However, Startup’s participation in those programs: (a) will be separate from its participation in this Program, (b) may be governed by a separate agreement, (c) survive the termination of this Agreement or the Program and, (d) if applicable, may be subject to payment of the appropriate fees.
Microsoft Partner Network. Company must be a member of the Microsoft Partner Network (“MPN”) in order to submit your Offering to the Azure Certified Device submission portal. MPN membership is free.
