Common use of Migration Completion Clause in Contracts

Migration Completion. Vendor shall complete the migration no later than March 30, 2000, for the Vendor Service Location (the "Migration Completion Date"). AMEX shall reasonably determine if and when Vendor has completed migration in accordance with the standards set forth in Exhibit D. AMEX may terminate this Agreement without regard to Section 20.02 if the migration is not being materially completed in accordance with the Migration Plan, provided Vendor is principally responsible for such failure.
