Migration Services. Cutover Services 1. Services related to migration planning, preparation or transition cutover will be billed at actual hours including travel time. Any travel requiring overnight lodging or air travel will be agreed to in advance of travel. These expenses will be consistent with the Service Provider’s travel policy and billed at actual. 2.
