Common use of Mildura Clause in Contracts

Mildura. (a) In the case of the Doctor being rotated to Mildura, instead of the entitlement described in subclause 52.2 above, the Doctor must receive a return economy class airfare every four weeks of a 13 week Rotation.

Mildura. (a) 38.3.1 In the case of the Doctor being rotated to Mildura, instead of the entitlement described in subclause 52.2 sub clause 38.2 above, the Doctor must receive a return economy class airfare every four (4) weeks of a 13 week Rotation.

Mildura. (a) 37.3.1 In the case of the Doctor being rotated to Mildura, instead of the entitlement described in subclause 52.2 sub-clause 37.2 above, the Doctor must receive a return economy class airfare every four (4) weeks of a 13 week Rotationrotation.
