Mileage Rate. The mileage rate for authorized travel – based on State of Florida rates on the Effective Date of this Agreement – is $0.445 per mile.
Mileage Rate. When in the course of his/her duty, an employee is required to travel on the Employer's business, transportation shall be provided by the Employer or with the approval of the chief executive officer or designate, he/she may be permitted to use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the rate of thirty one point five (31.5) cents per kilometer. If Government increases the mileage rate paid non-bargaining unit and management employees during the life of this agreement, those rates will also apply to those employees covered by this agreement.
Mileage Rate. 4.1 The District agrees to pay unit members the current IRS rate per mile for the use of personal vehicles in the performance of work assignments or other district related business.
Mileage Rate. Mileage shall be reimbursed at the same rate as the Internal Revenue Service approved rate.
Mileage Rate. Employees who utilize their private vehicles to travel on district business shall be compensated at the rates established in accordance with the Board policy and Rules and Regulations.
Mileage Rate. The allowance given for authorized use of personal cars for field trips or other business of the District shall be at the same rate.
Mileage Rate. 41.1 Whenever an officer is authorized to utilize their own vehicle in the performance of the officer’s official City duties, the officer shall be compensated at the current rate paid by the City.
Mileage Rate. All school personnel who travel in the necessary performance of their duties shall be reimbursed for travel expense at the IRS rate effective January 1 of each calendar year. This does not involve the driving from home to the first place of work for any given day, or from the last place of work to home.

Mileage Rate. A. Any employee who is required by the Board to use his or her personal transportation to commute between work locations during his or her workday shall be reimbursed for mileage expenses at the IRS approved rate.
