Milestone Payments to GlobeImmune. To fund the research and Development work to be performed by GlobeImmune under this Agreement, Celgene shall make milestone payments to GlobeImmune upon achievement of each of the milestone events in the amounts set forth in Sections 6.2.1 through 6.
