Common use of Military End Uses and End Users Clause in Contracts

Military End Uses and End Users. Purchaser represents and warrants that, unless authorized, it will not directly or indirectly sell, supply, export, re-export, make available, or transfer (in-country), any Supplier products, technology, or software, entirely or in part to Belarus, Burma/Myanmar, Cambodia, China, Russia, or Venezuela (1) for incorporation into a military item, or to support or contribute to the operation, installation, maintenance, repair, overhaul, refurbishing, development, or production of a military item (collectively “military end uses”); or (2) to or for use by the national armed services (army, navy, marine, air force, or coast guard), as well as the national guard and national police, government intelligence or reconnaissance organizations, or any person or entity whose actions or functions are intended to support “military end uses.”
