Military-Intelligence End Use and End Users. Purchaser represents and warrants that, unless authorized, it will not directly or indirectly sell, supply, export, re-export, make available, or transfer (in-country) any Supplier products, technology, or software entirely or in part to Belarus, Burma/Myanmar, Cambodia, China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, or Venezuela for design, development, production, use, operation, installation (including on-site installation), maintenance, repair, overhaul, or refurbishing of, or incorporation into, a military item intended to support the actions or functions of any intelligence or reconnaissance organization of the armed services (army, navy, marine, air force, or coast guard) or national guard of one of those countries.
