Common use of MILL RULES Clause in Contracts

MILL RULES. Management has the right to make reasonable rules and amend such rules. Mill rules must be posted on the mill bulletin boards. New rules or changes to exiting rules must be presented to the Union at least fourteen days prior to their becoming effective. The reasonableness of any rules is subject to the grievance procedure. Negotiated Rules are included in Exhibit B.
