Mineral Interests3. No Person has retained a qualified mineral interest in the Easement Area of a nature that would disqualify the Agreement for purposes of §1.170A-14(g)(4) of the Regulations. From and after the Agreement Date, the grant of any such interest is prohibited and Holder has the right to prohibit the exercise of any such right or interest if granted in violation of this provision.
