MINERAL LEASES AND EXPLORATION LICENCE. (1) Subject to sub-clause (2) of this clause, the Company may apply for Mineral Leases in accordance with the provisions of the Mining Act for the purposes of the XxXxxxxx River Project over areas of land within the external boundaries of the northern portion of RO581, any area adjoining the northern portion of RO581 but outside of RO581 and in any event subject to and in accordance with section 25 of the Mining Act, and one Mineral Lease over an area of land within the Bing Bong Pastoral Lease No. 686 and adjacent Territory waters.
