Common use of Minimally Clause in Contracts

Minimally. Supplier will obtain and keep in force, insurance of the types and in the amounts set forth below: Insurance Minimum Limits of Liability --------- --------------------------- Worker's Compensation Statutory Employer's Liability $1,000,000 Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence Comprehensive General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence (including Products Liability) Umbrella/Excess Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence All policies must be primary and non-contributing, and shall include Buyer as an additional insured. Supplier also waives all rights of subrogation. Supplier will also require and verify that each of its subcontractors carry at least the same insurance coverage and minimum limits or insurance as Supplier carries under this Agreement. Supplier shall notify Buyer at least thirty (30) days prior to the cancellation of or implementation of any material change in the foregoing policy coverage that would affect the Buyer's interests. Upon request, Supplier shall furnish to Buyer as evidence of insurance a certificate of insurance stating that the coverage would not be canceled or materially altered without thirty (30) days prior notice to the Buyer.
