Minimum Amount for Eurocurrency Loans. Each prepayment of a Eurocurrency Loan shall be in the principal amount of not less than the lesser of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) (or the Approximate Equivalent Amount thereof, if applicable), or the principal amount of such Loan, or, with respect to a Swing Loan, the principal balance of such Swing Loan, except in the case of a mandatory payment pursuant to Section 2.11 or Article III hereof.
